As these recordings can be time stamped with either a GMT or elapsed time, we have specialist equipment enabling us to extract both the content of the interview and relevant time coding to the transcript for legal purposes.

Confidentiality
Here we consider confidentiality to be paramount. Not only are we registered under the Data Protection Act, but each member of our staff is required to enter into an individual Non-Disclosure Agreement as part of their contract and company policy, to protect the interest of all parties concerned. We can provide a standard Confidentiality Agreement to our clients, or are more than happy as a Company to enter into an agreement drawn up by the client.
